Services may include implementation, consultation, troubleshooting, optimization, and development tasks. The scope of each engagement is defined based on the ticket or request submitted through the Cenario platform.

Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered through Cenario are processed via credit card or other approved payment methods on the platform. All payments are final, and all purchased hours are non-refundable.
By agreeing to these terms, the customer affirms that they will not dispute charges with their card issuer or financial institution. If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us and we will review your concern in good faith.
Cenario reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for non-payment or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access credentials, and timely responses to ensure effective service delivery. Clients must not misuse the platform or request services that violate applicable laws or infringe upon third-party rights. Clients are also responsible for ensuring they have legal authority to request work on the systems and data they submit to Cenario.

Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. If a client terminates services, no refunds will be issued for unused hours. Cenario reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these Terms of Service, misuses the platform, or engages in behavior that is unlawful or abusive. Upon termination, all client data will be retained in accordance with our data retention policy and may be deleted after 30 days.

Changes to the scope of any work item, ticket, or request must be submitted through the Cenario platform as a new task or update to an existing one. Any additional time required to complete new or revised tasks will be billed separately based on standard hourly rates or available pre-purchased hours.
